How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at support@safemeai.in.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please include the email address associated with your SafeMeAI account to help us identify it.
Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion via email within 14 business days.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon the successful processing of your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your user account and authentication details (e.g., email address, hashed password).
- Any spam domains or malicious links you have personally reported.
- Your parental control settings and linked family accounts.
What Data is Kept?
We are a privacy-first application. We do not keep any personally identifiable data after your account has been deleted. All your personal information is permanently removed. We do not retain any data beyond the processing period of your deletion request.
